To start, turn your Bluetooth OFF on your mobile device, and then back ON again. Next, make sure your CHiP and firmware is up to date your device.
If CHiP is still having trouble sitting correctly on the SmartBed, please disconnect the power supply cable from the SmartBed and connect directly to CHiP instead. The connector is located next to the on/off switch on CHiP’s belly. CHiP’s on/off switch should be in the “OFF” position when charging directly.
Lastly, CHiP’s eyes and the SmartBed LED should turn purple while CHiP is looking for the bed. When seated correctly, CHiP’s eyes will change to blue sleepy eyes. The SmartBed LED should remain purple.
