Make sure your CHiP is fully charged and is turned on. If CHiP is not responding to being turned on, try charging CHiP, refer to the "Charing CHiP" article for further guidance.
If the problem still persists:
- Close the app on your mobile device
- Switch Bluetooth on/off in your device settings.
- Restart the app
You should now see CHiP on the home screen of the App via your device.
If you are still having problems, try restarting your device completely.
